Statuettes on display in Montreal

A statuette of the Blessed Virgin Mary, created by Andre Achim in 1830, is on loan from the Musée Régional de Vaudreuil-Soulanges to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. The statuette is on display in the exhibition entitled “The Artistic Legacy of the Montreal Sulpicians”, which opened on Wednesday, September 12 at the Erskine and American Church, at1339 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal. The exhibit runs until Decembre 9, 2007. (Photothèque Première Édition)
